Prices and conditions of sale are not binding on us in respect of future orders.

Orders taken by our representatives or transmitted directly are valid only after acceptance by our management.

Goods travel at the buyer’s risk from the moment they leave our warehouses. They must be inspected immediately on unloading. Any shortage, damage or other defect must be mentioned on the dispatch note and must be countersigned by the driver.
No return of goods will be accepted without prior written agreement.
Delivery terms in Belgium: <\/strong>carriage paid from \u20ac350 excluding VAT, excluding deposits and recycling (or \u20ac40 delivery charge). Our goods are delivered on one (or more) euro-pallet(s), which will be exchanged on delivery or invoiced at a price of \u20ac20 (excl. VAT) per pallet. <\/p>\n

Delivery time:<\/strong> 7 working days maximum.<\/p>\n

Delivery conditions outside Belgium:<\/strong> on request.
The purchaser who resells our goods to third parties shall indemnify us against any action by third parties in excess of the obligations arising from these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Taking packaging into account does not transfer ownership. The purchaser undertakes to send them to us carriage paid, in good condition, undamaged inside and with our label, within 2 months. After this period, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Packaging will not be taken back if it contains a product other than the original. Any cleaning will be at the customer’s expense. <\/p>\n

Bonded empties:<\/strong> will be taken back when your next order is delivered and then credited after being checked by our quality department.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Maintenance costs for returned packaging<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Dirty cans with holes: <\/strong>downgraded and not certified.
Cans containing leftovers or residues: <\/strong>not taken back and not credited.
Missing cap: <\/strong>\u20ac1.25.<\/p>\n

2. Dirty, rusty, damaged drums:<\/strong> downgraded and not certified.
Drums containing leftovers or residues: <\/strong>not taken back and not credited.
Missing cap: <\/strong>\u20ac1.25.<\/p>\n

3. Multibox 500-1000L:<\/strong> damage to valves, seals, lids, metal fittings, polyethylene tank, etc.: repair costs to be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n

4. IBC’s + Multiboxes sealed: <\/strong>cleaning costs in the event of broken seals: \u20ac75.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Invoicing<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To be admissible, any dispute must be submitted by registered letter within 8 days of receipt of the invoice.
Otherwise, the recipient is deemed to have accepted it without reservation.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Payment terms: <\/strong>prepayment on first order, then payment within 30 days of invoice date, subject to acceptance by our finance department.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on our invoices, these are payable in cash without discount at our registered office. Any sum due and unpaid shall automatically bear interest, without notice of default, at the rate of 1% per month from the date of the invoice. In addition, any non-payment 8 days after the due date of the invoiced sums, due to the disorganisation that this non-performance causes within our management, will automatically and without formal notice lead to the debiting of compensation set at a flat rate of 10% of the invoice amount with a minimum of \u20ac50, subject to establishing the existence of greater damage. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This contract is subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Charleroi shall have sole jurisdiction. <\/p>\n

N.B.: the issue of negotiable instruments in payment of invoices shall not entail novation of this contract and these conditions shall continue to apply.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
